The discussion will explore how recent scientific innovations, including nanoscience-based approaches to boosting algal growth, can help overcome the cost and energy barriers that currently limit algae's market uptake. The discussion will touch on how circular business modelling and consumer research can work alongside these technological advances to accelerate algae's adoption as a sustainable food and animal feed alternative.
