This course will discuss the path and possibilities of a career in academia and will show you how to be prepared when you graduate. It is best taken already the second or third year of your PhD project.

Course description

Many PhD researchers in the humanities hope to pursue an academic career even though it is a very tough job market. This course helps you prepare your academic CV and about what it takes to prepare for an effective job search. You will also receive useful tips about how to get the most out of conference visits and how to get published.
