Course description

When you start your PhD project you will come across a lot of different faculty offices, procedures and regulations. This meeting will help you to find your way and offers an introduction to the different training programmes, to project planning and attention is paid to how to handle your supervisors. Most importantly, you will meet other starting PhD researchers from other schools and disciplines. There will be ample time for all your questions!

The meeting is hosted by Tjalling Valdes Olmos, who will also present a few different situations that you may come across during your PhD project. Eloe Kingma and Margreet Vermeulen, the coordinators of the PhD skills programme at the Graduate School for Humanties, will answer your questions.
