The North–South Ocean Dialogue is a half day climate conference bringing together emerging and established leaders from the Pacific and Caribbean to explore shared oceanic, climate, and geopolitical challenges. Hosted in The Hague Humanity Hub, the event convenes academic insight, policy innovation, and cultural diplomacy, elevating Small Island Developing States (SIDS) priorities in European policy spaces.

The Dialogue is organised by the Oceania Caribbean Climate Alliance (OCCA) and Global Shapers The Hague hub. Together, they bring cross-regional expertise, youth leadership, and local coordination capacity spanning the Pacific, the Caribbean, and Europe.
