Course description

In this workshop you will get acquainted with the world of grants, including different kinds of early career post doc fellowhip like Veni, Rubicon, Marie Curie Individual Fellowships, ERC, Niels Stensen, as well as the associated underlying goals and assessment criteria. You will receive insights and tips how to optimize your cv for different types of grants.

Also you will learn how to structure your proposal, and where to think of when formulating your research idea, and also the importance of the summary. Impact and outreach will also be discussed. Furthermore you will get insights in the reviewing process, and how reviewers look at a grant proposal.
