This event is part of the UvA Data Science Day. Throughout the day, you can attend presentations and workshops on data science and AI at various UvA campus locations. You can register for this session only, or choose more sessions that interest you and create your ideal programme!

What is it?

We will have four very rich datasets that are unique to the different domains in our faculty, and four researchers who will introduce us to the data. Then we will do a short collaborative data science session working with the dataset of your choice, doing analyses, visualizations, or anything that could be interesting or useful.

For whom?

All researchers who are curious what kind of big datasets we have at the faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, and data scientists who would like to ‘data science jam’ with those datasets. There are no entry requirements. Everyone is welcome to join, both from within FMG and outside. A laptop is required.
