As part of the sector plans in Social Sciences and Humanities, the Faculty of Humanities is investing in four specific research themes. One of these is the interdisciplinary theme of Digital Citizenship. How will the university implement this, and what are the challenges of conducting interdisciplinary research? Dean Marieke de Goede discusses this with Professor of Persuasion & New Media Technologies Guda van Noort and with Kris Ruijgrok, who will soon be starting as a postdoctoral researcher within this theme.
